Printable moving box labels, colour-coded by room
A good moving label is readable from across a room and still useful up close. That means a large box number, the destination room in a strong colour, clear handling flags, and a way to see the contents without cutting the tape.
Make printable labels free →What is on each label
A coloured band with the room name (Kitchen, Bedroom, Office and so on), the box number in 64-point type, FRAGILE or HEAVY flags when you set them, a short handling note, the first items on the list and a QR code that opens the full contents.
Paper and printer
Use ordinary A4 or US Letter paper, two labels per sheet. No label printer or sticker paper is needed; packing tape over the edges holds them well. The room name and number are printed as text, so a black-and-white printer still works even though the colour band turns grey.
Where to put them
Tape one label on the top and one on a side so stacked boxes stay identifiable. Keep tape off the QR code itself to avoid glare, and scan one test label with your phone before printing the full set.
Free and paid
Create and print three boxes free. A one-time Move Pass of SEK 79 (about €7 or $8 in your currency at checkout) unlocks unlimited boxes, all labels and the full box index for the move.
Common questions
Can I edit a label after printing?
The QR is a snapshot of the contents when you printed it. If you repack, edit the box and print a fresh label to tape over the old one.
Are the QR contents private?
Anyone who scans the label can read the item list, so leave out addresses, door codes and valuables. The contents are stored in the QR link itself, not on our servers.
